Hello, thanks for your hard work. I got this device, but I don’t know if I just hadn’t noticed it before or if it’s only started doing this now, but when I take a puff, besides the normal pod sound, it also makes a kind of coil/heater sound. I don’t know if it has a problem or if this is normal. I’d appreciate it if you could guide me, thanks.

I bought this device from Vapex and after 5 days of use I’m writing my opinion for you:
First of all, they shipped it really fast; it arrived in about 2 hours (I was in Tehran though), and recently they changed their packaging too, which both has a good design and makes everything look much cleaner and nicer. Overall it gives a good feeling.
Second, the product itself really has excellent vapor production and flavor. The battery is no joke. The setup is simple and with the help of the Vapex guys I got the device running easily.
The lanyard is good quality and kind of silicone-like, and there was also a spare coil in it. The bad thing was it didn’t have a Type-C cable.
Overall, compared to other things like the Ursa Baby Pro, it’s much better.
