Hi friends, this flavor has a vanilla taste, kind of like local milk too. It doesn’t taste like tobacco at all, and Dr. Vapes juice is sweeter than other brands. Overall it’s not bad, but if the vanilla and cream flavor were 30% less, it would be better. I also have Dr. Vapes banana, and that one is too sweet too.

A short review of this juice: I’ve used the 3 nicotine version, and according to Dr Vape himself, the flavor of this juice is a mix of Havana tobacco and Madagascar vanilla, with a velvety Turkish melted ice cream taste. On the first use, honestly, it wasn’t interesting to me because it had way too much vanilla aroma, but from the second cartridge on it got really interesting for me, especially that Madagascar vanilla scent, which is different from the artificial vanillas on the market. There are only two criticisms I have of it: first, it creates a bit of a greasy feeling in the mouth, which is naturally because of the VG/PG ratio of 78/22; and second, the tobacco flavor isn’t very strong, but it’s still felt mildly. The dominant taste is vanilla, and it gives off a creamy ice-cream-like flavor, with some sweetness too, and it almost doesn’t have any throat hit.
In the end, I have to say that from the aroma and flavor point of view it’s very special, and even though I personally like a strong, heavy tobacco flavor, this juice was an exception and its special scent was satisfying for me.
