100% that’s right, even a small shake changes the ohm a bit, but well, the default for us is the ohm value of this wire, which is 0.6.
If this wire’s gauge is 28, it’s good, you can raise the resistance to 1 by adding a wrap, and in the photo the number of wraps for this 0.6 resistance isn’t specified either. Only the ID is mentioned.
